When you send us a rug, we inspect it and give you a quote based on its size, material, state, and the work needed. If we find extra issues during cleaning, we will always call you for approval before doing any work beyond the original quote.
Liability, Pickup, and Delivery
We take great care with every rug. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues like color problems, dry rot, worn fibers, or weak spots that may show more after cleaning. We document every rug's state when we receive it and will talk with you about any concerns before we start.
Our free pickup and delivery covers the Chicago area. Rugs travel in clean, covered vehicles for protection.
